Designing

We support our customers’ manufacturing processes from designing to development. Our designing services include simple sketching, modeling from 2D data, designing assistance, 3D modeling, metal mold designing, reverse engineering, and CNC programming. Available Format: Parasolid, IGES, STL, STEP, and other CAD data
Resin Cutting

Resin Cutting is our specialty, which guarantees very high quality products with strength and precision. We offer the best machining methods after careful examination of 2D/3D data.Treatable Material: ABS, PP, AS, PMMA, PA6, PA66, POM, PC, PPE, PET, PBT, PPS, PTFE, PES, PEEK, LCP, Grass, Carbon reinforced materials, etc
Metal Cutting

We offer high precision machining for a wide range of metal materials such as stainless steel, aluminum, iron, magnesium, copper, and brass.Treatable Material: 1000-7000 series aluminum alloy, ADC, ZDC, all types of iron, all types of SUS, brass, copper, magnesium, titanium, sheet metal materials, and other types of metal.
Injection Molding

Testing and inspection are available for mass-production. This process is suited for 50-several thousands of shots.We accept orders from designing to mass production.Treatable Molding Material: ABS, PC, POM, PP, Nylon, Acrylic, Glass reinforced materials, Insert Molding, other molding resin
3D Printing

This system enables rapid 3D prototyping using Laminated Object Manufacturing. The finish is sharp as the system generates 3D models from CAD data.Treatable Material: SCR-735 (similar to ABS)3D Printer Material: ABS, PLA
Vacuum Casting

This is a casting method that resin is poured into a silicon mold in a vacuum chamber for replication. This method is suitable for small-quantity productions for which metal cutting is not suited.Treatable Material: ABS-like, PC-like, Acrylic-like, PP-like, high-temperature/flame-retarded resin, Elastomer-like (various hardness), Silicon (various hardness), other materials. *Coloration available.
Surface Treatment

Surface treatment is available on resin and metal. Various methods, such as painting, plating, printing, clear-finishing, and mirror-finishing, are available to embody our customers’ concepts and ideas.
Inspection

All final products are inspected in detail with 3D Coordinate Measuring Machine and other measuring devices. Measuring Device: 3D coordinate measuring machine, Vision measuring system, Pin gauge, Gauge blocks, etc.
